Responsibilities:
Search for manufacturers of required products in local and foreign markets and prepare price proposals
Work closely with clients to understand their demands and expectations and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer’s needs to help promote sales;
Propose and actively contribute to improvements and efficiencies in Sales processes and resources;
Prepare quotations and applications and deliver effective presentations;
Consistently meet assigned deadlines to ensure client satisfaction;
Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
Prepare periodical reports about sales activities, ongoing and completed tasks.
Requirements:
working experience in the relevant position (supply, oil and gas industry experience preferred);
Practical knowledge of Supply chain management
Timely and efficient delivery of assigned work
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing;
Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages (oral and written);
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Ambition to succeed.
Experience working on eprocurement and etender portals is preferable
Work conditions
Work hours: 09:00 -18:00
Work days: 5 days a week
Salary: The minimum salary for the required position is 1500 Azn. Higher salary are possible depending on experience.
