Job responsibilities

Printer installation ( Usb and Network);
Windows 10, 11 – OS installation;
Physical installation of LAN cable (CAT5, CAT6);
Working with basic network protocols (TCP, IP, DNS);
Mail installation (Outlook).
Requirements

Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
Proven working experience in providing HelpDesk support;
Knowledge of Windows OS (PC);
Ability to work with drivers;
Basic knowledges of DC and AD;
CompTIA A+ level knowledge is a plus;
Network knowledge at CCNET level is a plus;
Communication skills;
Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
Responsibility and punctuality skills.
