Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Support team members and ensure smooth daily bar operations
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and during late hours
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
