Role Overview:
The Branding Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, production, installation, and dismantling of all branding elements for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. This role ensures all branding meets Formula 1 global guidelines, satisfies stakeholder requirements, and enhances the fan and sponsor experience on-site and via media broadcasts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive branding delivery plan across the venue and surrounding areas.
Manage timelines, milestones, and workflows from design to dismantling.
Liaise with Formula 1’s central branding team to ensure brand guideline compliance.
Coordinate with race promoters, sponsors, suppliers, broadcasters, and local authorities.
Ensure branding obligations for commercial partners are fulfilled.
Oversee branding for all venue areas, including trackside signage, grandstands, hospitality, media, and public spaces.
Ensure quality control across all branding assets—print, digital, and experiential.
Manage vendor relationships for production and installation.
Supervise on-site installation and dismantling teams.
Coordinate branding budget, procurement, and invoicing with finance.
Prepare post-event branding evaluations and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in brand activation, event branding, or signage production (F1 or motorsport experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of branding in both print and physical environments.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Experience working with international stakeholders.
Fluent in English; Azerbaijani and/or Russian is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is an advantage.
