Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Ensure executing the projects according to the plan, ensuring milestones are met and goals are achieved.
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle, adapting strategies as necessary.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards as well as best benchmarkings.
Contractor management
Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and select suitable contractors for various projects.
Conduct thorough assessments of contractors, considering their experience, capabilities, and adherence to quality standards.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with selected contractors, ensuring terms are favorable to Hotel Management Holding.
Monitor contractor performance, tracking key performance indicators and milestones.
Budget Management:
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Track and report on project costs, providing regular updates to management.
Quality Control:
Ensure regular inspections and assessments are made to verify project quality.
Evaluate the contractors’ work and ensure works are on track.
Address any deviations from quality standards promptly and work with contractors to implement corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, master degree in Project Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the hospitality industry, with a successful track record of managing complex projects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Proficient in relevant software and tools.
