Key Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of the offline sales strategy.
Formation and management of the sales team.
Client acquisition: attracting individual entrepreneurs (IE), accountants, and partners.
Establishing partnerships and holding meetings with key clients. Identifying and developing partnerships with accounting companies, entrepreneur associations, etc.
Developing and implementing new approaches to increase customer loyalty.
Achieving sales targets and preparing reports.
Requirements:

Higher education (preferably in economics, business, or marketing).
At least 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the banking sector or in B2B/corporate sales is required.
Deep understanding of banking products and specifics of working with individual entrepreneurs (IE) and the overall MSME segment.
Experience in building and managing a team.
Negotiation skills and the ability to establish long-term partnerships.
Analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian.
Leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
Result-oriented mindset.
High level of responsibility and self-organization.
Excellent communication skills.
