The role will involve:

Carrying out, monitoring, reporting and assisting with all Quality and Risk related matters:
Assisting/Advising professional staff
Liaising and cooperating with other Deloitte offices
Conducting initial KYC and Conflict Checks based on internal policies and procedures
Assisting/Preparation of guidelines and other learning materials
Conducting internal quality reviews/checks
Providing information to the dedicated professional staff about the status of Quality and Risk matters
Monitoring the expiry dates of KYC and other checks
Assistance with SAP;
Scheduling and taking the minutes of regular internal meetings;
Support Department staff with record of hours and other administrative matters;
Support Department staff with collection;
Monitoring tenders;
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree;
Advanced written and spoken Azerbaijani and English;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs;
Ability to thrive in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions and work under pressure;
High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations.
