About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our customer account management team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management and account management in a global telecommunications company. The intern will work closely with our team to assist with managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships with clients.
Support account managers in communicating with customers and resolving issues.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients and management.
Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions about account strategies and performance.
Help in maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring timely updates.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, or customer feedback sessions.
Support the team in handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service.
Job Requirements:

Strong interest in customer relationship management and account management.
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) – Intermediate and above.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Basic understanding of customer service principles.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recently graduated (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related fields is a plus but not required.
