Job Overview:

The Journalist will be responsible for researching, writing, and reporting news stories This role involves producing content for various platforms, (including The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both television and digital media, and the ability to create compelling narratives that engage Tv & digital audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research and report on news stories, ensuring accurate and timely coverage.
Write clear, engaging, and well-structured news articles, features.,
Create multimedia content, including video reports, podcasts, and social media posts.,
Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly TV & digital stories
Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and depth of news stories.
Analyze current events and trends to provide insightful and relevant reporting.
Work closely with editors, producers, and other journalists to develop and refine stories.
Participate in editorial meetings and contribute ideas for news coverage.
Engage with the audience through social media and other platforms.
Respond to audience feedback and incorporate their input into news coverage.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
3 years of experience in journalism, with a proven track record of reporting
Excellent Fluency writing, editing
Strong research and investigative skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with digital content creation tools and multimedia software.
ProficiencyExperience in using NRCS, content management systems (CMS) and digital
publishing tools are an asset
Experience with video production and editing software (eg, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve
Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media strategies.
