We’re now expanding our team and looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented SMM & Content Assistant to support our marketing efforts and content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage monthly marketing plans and ensure consistent follow-through
Develop engaging content for Instagram and Facebook
Build and maintain detailed content calendars
Plan and coordinate holiday campaigns and promotions in advance
Identify services/products that require additional visibility or promotion
Write creative and sales-oriented copy for posts and campaigns
Prepare visuals using tools like Canva
Assist in audience segmentation and targeting
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in SMM, digital marketing, or content creation
Strong writing skills with a creative and commercial mindset
Experience with visual design tools (eg, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
Knowledge of social media trends and content formats
Hybrid availability — partly remote, partly in-person when needed
Highly organized and proactive communicator
Preferred:

Familiarity with Meta Ads — not required but a plus
Experience working in the education or service sectors
Basic understanding of English
