About the Role

Pasha Insurance is undergoing an ambitious digital transformation. As part of our UX/UI Center of Excellence, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with exceptional illustration capabilities and proven experience in 3D character modeling.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of visually compelling and user-friendly insurance products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life, blending functionality with a rich visual experience that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities

Design and prototype engaging UX/UI solutions for mobile and web-based insurance platforms.
Produce original illustrations, icons, and branded characters to enrich user experience and communication.
Create high-quality 3D character models and assets for interface elements, animations, and storytelling.
Support and evolve our design system across digital channels.
Participate in UX research and usability testing to ensure customer-centric design decisions.
Collaborate with marketing, product managers, and engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop).
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work, original illustrations, and character design.
Proficiency in at least one 3D modeling tool (e.g., Blender, ZBrush, Cinema 4D).
Understanding of character modeling, digital sculpting, and storytelling principles.
Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills

Motion design or animation experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine.
Interest in insurance, fintech, or customer experience-focused industries.
