Lead and supervise maintenance operations across commercial and residential properties;
Oversee budgeting and procurement of maintenance-related equipment and materials;
Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules;
Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and KPIs;
Manage maintenance staff and coordinate work orders effectively;
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve technical issues;
Monitor service contracts and vendor performance;
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
Tələblər

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field;
5+ years of experience in a managerial maintenance role;
Minimum 8 years of experience in facility or maintenance management;
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems;
Strong leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills;
Leadership and team management skills;
Working proficiency in English.
