Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced level of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
Abbility to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Opentext ESD, Zoom, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Very strong interpersonal skills with strong decision-making capability, problem-solving and emotional maturity
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced Environment
Job responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive support and managing the organization’s internal electronic document circulation system
Work closely with the CDO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Act as the first point of contact for office visitors, greet and receive guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Coordinate all meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
Edit and complete first drafts for written communications
Facilitate cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
