Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Based on interview results

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate local and international shipments
Prepare and manage customs documentation and follow up on clearance procedures
Maintain communication with freight forwarders and transportation companies
Coordinate with warehouse operations and manage inventory flow
Inspect incoming goods upon arrival at the warehouse, verifying part numbers and ensuring accuracy against purchase orders
Verify quantity and quality of outbound goods before dispatch
Analyze and optimize logistics costs, and prepare regular reports
Requirements:

Higher education (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of Azerbaijani and/or Russian is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
