Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal support and advice on a variety of matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or early-career legal professional to gain valuable experience in the distribution industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues affecting the company.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific requirements.
Support the Head of Legal in managing litigation, disputes, and other legal proceedings.
Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as required.
Help develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
