Additional Information:
5-day working week; 09:00 – 17:00
Employment will be registered in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The probation period is 3 months and will be reviewed afterwards
A notebook and mobile phone will be provided
A bonus system is applicable according to KPIs
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers, approach leads, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products or services and communicate their value to clients effectively.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions to match those needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers and close sales deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Record all customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the company’s CRM system.
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status for management review.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field)
2-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product development.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English and Russian languages.
