Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance financial data analytics, including monitoring financial transactions and key performance indicators;
Develop and manage attribution models to distinguish revenue streams and assess the impact of various financial activities;
Work with raw financial and operational datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity;
Create dashboards and reports detailing financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting;
Reconcile raw financial data with accounting records and financial reports;
Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities within financial processes and conduct data-driven experiments;
Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, analytics, and IT teams to align data insights with business objectives;
Respond to various ad-hoc financial data requests and analyses.
Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst, financial analyst, or similar role, preferably with exposure to finance data;
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Superset, or Looker Studio;
Strong understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and attribution methodologies;
Experience working with financial systems and raw transactional data;
Proficient SQL skills (BigQuery, MySQL, or similar) for querying financial databases;
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to formulate and test hypotheses related to financial performance.
