Location: Reportage Sales Office, Baku

Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the executive
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Act as a point of contact and communicate on behalf of the executive
Translate and interpret (verbal/written) between English, Russian, and Turkish when required
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Prepare reports, emails, and official correspondence
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
Fluency in English, Russian, and Turkish – both written and spoken
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks
University degree is an advantage
