We are seeking a Safety Department Specialist to join our team at the office. This is a full-time, on-site position with evening shift hours – perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and committed to safety.

Position: Safety Department Specialist
Location: On-site only (no remote work)
Work Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee driver onboarding, orientation, and compliance
Monitor and enforce DOT/FMCSA safety regulations
Handle accident reports, violations, and inspections
Organize and track safety trainings and certifications
Maintain safety records and prepare reports
Coordinate directly with drivers, dispatchers, and management
Requirements:

Experience in trucking/logistics safety or related field
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be available to work the evening/night shift from the office
CDL or dispatch background is a plus
