What will you be doing?:

Develop and implement a development strategy for the “Hobbies, Books and Office Products” category;
Maintaining a balance between bestsellers and SKUs;
To form a product range of books, creative kits, stationery products, and games;
Analyze consumer demands and trends (especially “Back to School”, New Year, etc.);
Working with publishers, local and international suppliers;
Preparing elections, campaigns, and collaborations with marketing to promote products;
Assess category effectiveness, conduct analysis, and optimize assortment.
Ideal candidate:

Has 3+ years of experience as a category manager in non-food, lifestyle, books and stationery;
Shows interest in the areas of content, education, and personal development;
Proficient in working with Excel, Google Sheets and BI tools;
Ability to build relationships and negotiate with suppliers;
He has a higher education and is fluent in either English or Russian.
