Requirements:
Age: 21-28
Fluent conversation in Azerbaijani
Education: Higher
Work experience: at least 1 year in a call center is desirable;
Computer skills: MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
Candidate requirements:
Telephone speaking and listening skills
Stress resistance
Log incoming calls into the app
Analyze problems correctly and direct service
Monitor timely resolution of applicants and make return calls if necessary
Complete tasks assigned by supervisors on time
Correct and clear pronunciation, good diction and polite communication skills
Ability to use customer service programs, CRM systems, and other related tools.
Ability to work in shifts
Guarantees:
