Requirements for the candidate:
Education: Higher education (Human resources, management, sociology or psychology);
Experience: 2 years of work experience in a relevant field;
Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (excellent), English (intermediate);
Computer skills: MS Word-good, MS Excel-good;
Must be innovative, responsible, proactive and have the ability to work in a team.
Job responsibilities:
Conducting work in accordance with the company’s recruitment procedure;
Analysis of vacancies, determination of the required number of employees;
Posting job advertisements on relevant channels;
Searching for candidates for advertised vacancies;
Registration and review of incoming applications and selection of candidates suitable for vacancies;
Conducting recruitment tests and initial interviews;
Overseeing the necessary processes during the company’s recruitment and placement process.
Additional information:
Salary: Will be negotiated depending on the candidate’s knowledge and skills;
Work schedule: 5-day work week (09:00-18:00);
Place of work: Baku city, N. Narimanov district, Ak. Hasan Aliyev street 24;
