Candidate requirements:

Higher education (law);
Must have at least 5 (five) years of work experience in a relevant field;
Must have excellent knowledge of Corporate and Contract Law;
Must have judicial experience;
Age limit 30-45;
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) programs;
Must be responsible, businesslike, serious, sociable and active;
Must have management, analytical thinking, accuracy and organizational skills;
Main job responsibilities:

To participate in court as a representative on behalf of the enterprise, prepare claims, statements of claim and perform other procedural work;
Analyze the legal status of local and foreign contracts entered into by the enterprise and prepare appropriate letters and applications, and prepare responses to complaints, if any, in an appropriate manner and within a specified time frame;
To defend the legal and legitimate interests of the enterprise in courts, other state bodies, and before individuals and legal entities;
Monitor compliance with legislation by the structural divisions of the enterprise, analyze the status of regulatory and legal support work, and prepare and submit relevant proposals for regulatory measures to the management;
To carry out legal expertise of draft orders, instructions, regulations, standards and other normative documents prepared within the enterprise and, if necessary, to participate in the preparation of these drafts on the instructions of the management;
To perform other tasks arising from his/her duties;
