Department: Commercial/Product and Services Department/Analytics Department

Job responsibilities:

Gathering and analyzing business requirements
Business process analysis and optimization
Preparation of technical specifications
Implementing user acceptance tests (UAT)
Analyzing data to understand business performance and identify trends
Work with product owner and programmers to ensure proper understanding of specifications.
Required knowledge and skills:

Higher education (Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science or a related field)
Ability to work with business analysis tools (Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, Draw io, Figma, etc.)
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field, at least 1 year of work experience in IT projects
Fluent in Azerbaijani; good in English and Russian
BA and IT certificates are an advantage
Possess strong analytical skills
Ability to work with stakeholders to accurately understand critical business requirements
Ability to approach problems in a complex and logical manner
Time management and organizational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with a team.
