Job information
– Coordinating and controlling the implementation, development and control of the prepared production, assembly and delivery plans, established and declared technical process scenarios.
– Updating the company’s technical policies and practices by following the studies carried out by the marketing and technical departments.
– Implementing the practices in accordance with the company’s general policies for the training of technical personnel, making, implementing and supervising all necessary plans and programs.
– Coordinating all the necessary operations for the technical department personnel to reach the determined targets.
– Maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level by working in coordination with the relevant departments for the pre-sales design and project, production stages, assembly and delivery work and operations.
– Ensuring that the necessary revisions are made to the company’s strategies by making analyses of technical work and processes and creating reports on competitor products.
– Carrying out coordinated work with sales, logistics-accounting and marketing departments regarding the price trend of our products, stock status, supply and delivery times of the goods to be sold.
– 5 working days a week.

Candidate requirements
– Graduated from the Faculty of Construction and Architecture,
– Preferably educated in Turkey or Europe,
– Male/Female between the ages of 25-45,
– At least 5 years of experience in domestic/international construction decoration,
– Good knowledge of AutoCad and 3dmax programs,
– Good knowledge of English, Russian and Turkish in order to be able to hold meetings and meetings and make reports,
– Analytical thinking, strong time management and planning skills,
– Strong written and verbal communication skills,
– Candidates who prioritize customer satisfaction will be evaluated.
