Job information

Reviewing, analyzing projects and suggesting necessary adjustments;
Review and design supervision of architectural and engineering plans;
Monitoring the work of the contracting company’s architects and providing recommendations;
Verify the accuracy of the work performed by contractors and subcontractors and submit a report to management;
Prepare project program requirements;
Supervise contractor and subcontractor project teams, assisting them in interpreting design specifications;
Coordinate the suggestions and comments of consultants;
Communicate with partners to ensure timely resolution of design-related issues and fulfillment of project requirements;
Carrying out measurement work at facilities;
Preparation of a sketch project;
Preparation of architectural plan;
Preparation of exterior and interior, landscape 3D views.
Requirements

Education: Be educated in a relevant field;
Experience: At least 5 years in a relevant field;
Computer skills: ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3dMax, and ability to work with artificial intelligence;
Language skills: knowledge of Russian is desirable;
Ability to draw sketches by hand is desirable;
Productive, accurate, sincere, and disciplined in work;
Complete assigned work on time;
Creative, resourceful, and fast-paced work skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Must be able to do shop drawing and detail drawing;
Must have experience in Fit Out work.
The salary will be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, work experience, and personal qualities.
