Labor function:

Determine and prepare the quantity of raw materials for the menu, and set quality and style requirements in accordance with recipes and technical specifications;
Checking the quantity and quality of purchased products;
Mixing ingredients such as baked goods or sauces;
Pre-cooking products such as meat, etc. for use in subsequent stages;
Cooking various dishes for banquets and parties;
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to appropriate recipes or personal ideas using a variety of kitchen tools and equipment;
Ensuring that food is kept and cooked at the correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, hobs, grills and fryers;
Checking the quality of food and ingredients to ensure their freshness, tracking old and new products, and updating stocks.
Cooking food according to appropriate standards or specially prepared recipes.
When working on multiple orders at the same time, accurately prepare the order placed by each customer;
Prepare the kitchen before work begins;
Keep records of food used and supplied.
