Job information
– To attract new customers to expand the branch’s customer base, organize the sale of credit products
– To plan, coordinate and supervise the work of subordinate employees on a daily basis
– To supervise the activities of credit employees, as well as the loans intended for them or granted by them
– To analyze and summarize the branch’s reports
– To make proposals for improving the lending process within their powers
– To ensure high-level service to customers.

– Strategic and analytical thinking skills
– Minimum 3 years of work experience in the banking \ bookkeeping \ pawnshop field as a leading specialist, branch manager
