Candidate requirements
– Higher education in agriculture or business administration
– Minimum 5 years of work experience in the current position (experience in horticulture or agriculture is an advantage)
– Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
– Knowledge of financial and budget management
– Experience in managing large teams
– Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
– High communication and negotiation skills
