Main tasks:

Performs maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning of ice cream production equipment.
If a malfunction occurs on the line or other equipment and as a result the work process is disrupted, he immediately takes measures to eliminate the malfunction, and if this is not possible, immediately informs the Production Manager.
Performs work in accordance with the level of skill within the factory area and in other workshops, as necessary due to production needs.
During the shift, he organizes the uninterrupted and high-quality operation of electrical equipment, ensuring its proper maintenance.
During the shift, he monitors the indicators of control and measuring and automatic devices and ensures their proper functioning.
Ensures the safety of the electric motor protection system against overload and short circuit to prevent accidents during the shift.
