About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Group Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will support strategic decision-making by delivering in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and high-impact presentations for the executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, advanced Excel expertise, and excellent presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct group-level financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units
Create periodic and ad hoc research reports for senior leadership, that clearly communicate insights and analyses.
Report to Group Deputy CEO.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models using Excel
Prepare clear and concise PowerPoint presentations for Board and C-Level meetings
Analyze KPIs and performance trends to support strategic planning
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather data and insights
Support budgeting, planning, and monthly reporting cycles
Assist in financial due diligence and strategic initiatives
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools)
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills with a track record of presenting to executive audiences
Proven experience (3+ years) in financial analysis or a similar role
Excellent communication and storytelling skills using financial data
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA, ACCA, or CIMA
Experience working in a group-level or multi-entity environment
Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools
