Walker’s Coffee House Baku Branch is Looking for Employees!

We are looking for a teammate to work at our newly opened Walker’s Coffee House branch in Baku, who will be responsible for preparing sweets and cakes.

Job Description:

Preparing cheesecake, tiramisu and daily fresh desserts according to established recipes.
Regularly monitoring inventory and orders, determining daily production needs.
Placing prepared products on display cases and shelves in accordance with visual standards and regularly monitoring them.
Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment by strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations in the workplace.
Ensuring consistency of quality and standards by following recipes in the production process.
Required Features:

Preferably with experience in a pastry shop or boutique cafe,
Able to produce independently, willing to take responsibility and disciplined,
Successful in time management, able to find practical solutions,
Attentive and sensitive to hygiene and cleanliness,
Candidates with positive energy, a smile, and who are suitable for working with a team will be preferred.
