Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Establish time sequences based on contractual requirements and project milestones.
Define and structure all project activities, including procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Prepare and update schedule diagrams, including critical path analysis.
Analyze step-by-step sequences of work, ensuring timely project completion.
Collect and assess information on manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
Monitor and analyze actual project costs vs. budgets.
Calculate and report variances between budgeted and actual expenditures.
Conduct cash flow forecasting and structuring to ensure financial stability throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for accurate progress tracking.
Identify potential delays and participate in delay analysis and recovery planning.
Propose cost-saving measures and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Generate periodic reports for management regarding cost and schedule performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in project planning and cost control, preferably in hotel or similar construction projects.
Proficient in Primavera (P6), MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of cost control methods, budgeting, quantity surveying, and progress measurement techniques.
Good understanding of construction processes and technical documentation.
Technical English – intermediate or higher.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
