Job duties

Verbal and written communication with late-paying customers;
Debt settlement negotiations;
Drawing up debt repayment plans;
Processing and management of customer data;
Preparing required reports;
verifying payments made by custumers;
Checking transport documents and payment terms;
Other functions assigned to the manager.
Requirements

Higher education
Excellent or very good knowledge of the English language;
Similar work experience (advantage);
Germany knowledge ( advantage);
Very good communication and conflict management skills;
Very good computer skills;
Analytical thinking, thoroughness, attentiveness.

Salary

From 800 AZN/month netto
