Job information:

We are looking for a creative and responsible Designer who can develop innovative and functional design solutions for construction projects .

Candidate requirements:

Higher education (in a relevant field: architecture, design or civil engineering);
Minimum 3 years of work experience in construction or interior design;
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit and other design programs;
Creativity, visual thinking and attention to detail;
Ability to work with a team and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Job responsibilities:

Preparation of sketches and working designs in accordance with project requirements;
Creating 2D and 3D designs for various construction and interior projects;
Preparation of technical plans and visual presentation materials;
Close collaboration with technical teams during the design phase of the project;
Monitoring the compliance of designs with project standards and technical requirements.
