Description

Participate in business analysis work by working with work teams on projects, surveys, and bug fixes,
Preparing and presenting digital transformation projects in line with company goals,
Analyze the software used within the company and determine its needs,
Ensuring the creation of relevant documents required by software teams for project commissioning within the company,
Preparing user manuals for deployed digital processes,
Providing end-user training for implemented digital processes,
Supporting the problems encountered by the groups and finding solutions, liaising with the software project teams to ensure the resolution of problems, and monitoring and resolving errors experienced at the technical level,
Ensuring that the required documents (analysis, design, testing, commissioning, etc.) are prepared in accordance with company standards in the processes assigned to them,
Submit reports to the division manager regarding assigned digital processes.
Requirements

Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering are preferred),
High verbal and written communication skills, team-oriented,
Previously worked on digital transformation projects,
Working with ERP systems, knowledge of IFS ERP system is an advantage,
At least 2 years of experience in process modeling and analysis,
Interested in analysis and business development processes, and eager to improve themselves in these areas,
Possess analytical thinking and result-oriented work skills,
Open to learning and development, confident in work monitoring skills, proactive,
Ability to document existing/new processes, provide training, and conduct research on process simplification,
Able to prepare business analysis studies, document requirements and workflows for projects,
Ability to monitor and report on the implementation of applications under his/her responsibility,
