Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the Document Management System (DMS) in line with GMP, GDP and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
Oversee the creation, formatting, review, approval, issuance, and controlled distribution of all GMP documents (e.g., SOPs, WI, forms, protocols, batch records), ensuring they are signed, dated, and completed in a clear, and traceable manner.
Ensure version control and accurate documentation history for traceability and compliance.
Manage the archiving and retrieval of obsolete documents in both electronic and paper formats.
Responsible for the management of the Archive room.
Issue and reconcile GMP documentation such as batch manufacturing records, forms, logbooks, and labels.
Manage the QMS module like internal and external audits, change control, CAPA, deviation and manage associated documentation.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and business needs.
Respond professionally to internal and external document inquiries and quality-related questions.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
1 years’ experience with documentation systems
Must know Azerbaijani language, Intermediate English level
Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work in a team
Operational flexibility
High communication skills
