Role synopsis:
Employer Branding Manager will be responsible for shaping the company’s reputation as an employer of choice by defining the employee value proposition (EVP), leading creative campaigns, and amplifying the organization’s culture, values, and purpose across digital and physical channels. Working closely with HR, Corporate communications and Marketing, and business leaders, the Employer Branding Manager will ensure an employer brand presence both internally and externally.
Key accountabilities:
Employer Branding Strategy
Design and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with our business and talent acquisition goals.
Develop and articulate a strong and authentic Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Analyze market trends and benchmark employer brand positioning against competitors.
Internal and External Communications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create brand-aligned messaging across recruitment marketing, social media, careers website, and job advertisements.
Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure consistency of brand voice across all touchpoints.
Work with HRBPs, and L&D to embed branding into onboarding, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
Content Development & Campaigns
Manage employer brand campaigns including storytelling, video content, employee testimonials, social media, and event presence.
Oversee production of digital content such as blogs, infographics, and short-form videos that highlight our people and culture.
Maintain and enhance the careers page and related recruitment platforms.
Partnerships & Events
Lead projects with universities, career fairs, and professional network
Partner with talent acquisition, and leadership teams for visibility in relevant industry events and forums.
Metrics & Reporting
Define KPIs and measure the impact of employer branding initiatives on talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
Conduct regular pulse checks and candidate experience surveys to inform branding efforts
Required skills:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
4+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications.
Skills & Competencies
Strong storytelling, branding, and project management skills.
Experience with digital marketing and social media strategy.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and content.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence diverse stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic recommendations
