Role and Main responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting and analyzing financial data;
Monitor financial performance against budgets and report variances to senior finance personnel;
Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure data integrity;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather key financial information for reporting purposes;
Contribute to the development of financial models to support strategic business decisions;
Required skills and work experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting;
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting;
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles;
Certificates are desirable;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
Required soft Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
Effective verbal and written communication skills;
