Main duties:

Ensure compliance with all Hotel service standards in relations with guests and hotel employees.
Participate in daily handover procedures.
Manage time properly and complete tasks assigned by the manager on time.
Providing guests with the necessary information in an accurate and complete manner to ensure that they are served in accordance with the Hotel’s standards.
Monitor updated information about Guest requests and cooperate with Guests on this matter.
Engage with guests and ensure that feedback is collected from them.
To spare no effort to ensure that any negative feedback that may arise from guests is resolved in a positive manner.
Be active, responsible, stress-resistant, and accurate in their work.
Implementation of oral and written instructions and existing internal company regulations issued directly by the department head in order to ensure the performance of labor functions.
Organize and execute work in accordance with procedures and instructions.
Protecting the confidentiality of incoming and outgoing information.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with the position.
Candidate requirements:

Previous hotel experience is preferable.
Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian or/and English languages.
Highly responsible & reliable.
