Job responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain performance and efficiency.
Manage inventory and supplies; ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain records of staff attendance, work schedules, and performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
Fluent in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English and Russian is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge (for staff scheduling and reporting).
High school diploma or equivalent;
Flexibility to work shifts
