Job duties:
Prepare HR related orders, letters and reports
Collection and integration of employee information into an electronic system
Prepare and execute vacation planning and reporting
Ensure local HR practices align with national labor laws and internal policies
Support Senior Specialists in training and recruitment administration
Maintain accurate records of personnel files, data, letters and attendance data.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Labor Legislation
Excellent MS Office skills
Minimum 1 year experience in HR Operations. Experience in Oil and Gas is an advantage
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
