Functions of the position:
Participate in the creation of human capital development programs and projects and ensure the progress of the action plan
Participate in and take responsibility for the process of identifying competencies for positions, developing assessment tools, and forming a talent pool
Responsible for developing and implementing a methodology for talent identification, performance evaluation, and career development planning within the organization
Organize the promotion and selection stages of internship programs, programs focused on talent development, and update tools for selecting suitable participants; ensure the continuity of processes for managing talent performance
Implementing proposal development processes, including setting realistic and measurable targets for each function, performance evaluation, analysis, and post-evaluation evaluation
Participate in the creation and implementation of annual plans and concepts for employee engagement projects
Participate in planning, promoting and organizing events, employee welfare projects, and projects that promote social responsibility
To carry out processes in the formation and implementation of talent management strategy in the organization
Ensure the preparation, development and implementation of a competency framework for positions
Responsible for developing and implementing programs that ensure the formation and sustainable development of the talent pool within the organization
Establish and implement career development and succession planning processes
Participate in the planning, monitoring and evaluation stages of performance in partnership with the structural units for which he is responsible
Develop relevant performance guidelines, methodologies, and improvement proposals
Participate in the planning, implementation and analysis of annual engagement projects and activities
Organizing surveys, internal events and communications to increase employee satisfaction and engagement within the projects under his/her responsibility
Participate in the implementation of employee welfare, internal communication and social responsibility initiatives as assigned by the department head, as necessary
Actively participate in the planning, coordination and implementation of projects within the functions of the department
Perform other tasks assigned by the department management within the functions of the department
