About the Position:

We are currently seeking a talented, dynamic, and motivated DP English Language and Literature
teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in school settings, a strong command of the English language, and expertise in delivering the IB program.
Requirements are as follows:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English language teaching
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an IB DP programme
Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and others
Ability to differentiate instruction for all learners
Excellent knowledge of computer office standard applications, especially familiarity with Google and G suite and integrating technology into the classroom to increase learning
Good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team
Ability to communicate fluently verbally and in writing in Azerbaijan Language English.

CVs will be shortlisted based on a candidate’s work experience and meeting the requirements. Successful candidates will be interviewed.

Candidates who have passed the second stage will be asked to present a demonstration lesson to show their abilities in modern teaching/learning methods and technologies.
