Job description:
Design and execute internal innovation programs, from ideation to implementation.
Lead entrepreneurship education efforts for innovation champions and corporate sponsors.
Oversee innovation projects and support cross-functional collaboration.
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Develop curriculum and deliver educational programs on innovation.
Evaluate and report on innovation initiatives using defined metrics.
Champion a culture of creativity, risk-taking, and continuous improvement.
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, MBA, Education Management, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years in innovation management, strategy, or operations.
Proven experience in leading internal innovation programs.
Experience with startups and the broader innovation ecosystem.
Strong project and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of innovation methodologies and technology trends.
Fluency in Azerbaijani (native), English, and Russian; Turkish is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management tools, and financial tracking.
