Vacancy for newly graduated Students!

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in business, finance, or related fields who are eager to start their professional journey in a structured and supportive environment.
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Salary: 700 AZN
Schedule: Full-time
Experience: No prior work experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices based on completed services or deliveries.
Collect and verify supporting documents such as contracts, delivery notes, and service records to ensure correct billing.
Ensure that all issued invoices comply with company policies and local tax regulations.
Register and manage Local Tax Invoices in the Online Tax System, ensuring all data is accurate and updated.
Monitor the status of Local Tax Invoices and follow up with customers for timely confirmations.
Check data entered in the accounting system to ensure correctness and consistency.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any questions or discrepancies regarding invoices.
Generate and provide regular invoicing summary reports for clients and internal finance use.
Assist in month-end closing by ensuring timely invoice processing and documentation.
Maintain well-organized records of all issued invoices and related documents.
Work closely with operators, accountants, and other internal departments to gather necessary data and support accurate billing.
Report to the Line Manager on activities, outstanding issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
No prior experience required (internships or relevant projects are a plus)
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
