General job responsibilities:

Ensure the installation of all devices and software (Windows, Office, etc.), including laptops, desktops, printers, and other network equipment, and that problems are detected and resolved promptly;
Ensuring timely and correct resolution of submitted requests;
Troubleshooting IT equipment;
Troubleshooting computer networks, ensuring network monitoring and control;
Organizing the archiving of information on computers;
Periodically check the operation of antivirus and firewall programs.
Requirements for the candidate:

Higher education (technical education is desirable);
2 years of work experience in a relevant field;
Language skills: Excellent Azerbaijani, technical knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage;
Ability to work with desktop and laptop computers, peripherals and network devices;
Understanding of fundamental processes in the IT and Helpdesk field;
Be aware of the concept of Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy;
Professionalism requirements:
Ability to analyze and solve problems;
Flexible approach, ability to adapt to new situations and problems;
Ability to work in a team.
