Job responsibilities

Conduct observations and inspections in the Central Warehouse area in accordance with the established checklist
Document any discrepancies/defects found in the warehouse area
Sharing non-conformity/defect reports with responsible departments and employees within the company;
Inform management and employees in the warehouse area about safety regulations;
Participate in fire evacuation drills
Conduct training in the fields;
Verify the effectiveness of training by conducting observations at workplaces;
Daily inspection of personal protective equipment in the warehouse area;
Keep records of accidents and incidents and report them immediately;
Supervise the safe operation and installation of equipment and mechanisms;
Involvement in identifying hazards and assessing risks in the workplace;
Submit monthly reports on observations and inspections to the HSE Manager;
Conduct inspections regarding fire safety and initial firefighting measures in the warehouse area;
Monitor compliance with the company’s risk assessments and security operating procedures;
To strive for the timely completion of all HSE-related tasks;
Participate in daily pre-work HSE training sessions as necessary;
Participate in the assessment of employees’ HSE knowledge, if necessary;
Provide on-site instruction on scheduled equipment inspections and its use.
Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position;
Professional communication and correspondence skills;
Ability to complete assigned tasks in a short time;
Team player;
Have basic knowledge of English;
High presentation skills;
Critical thinking and analysis skills;
Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once;
Ability to take a creative approach to solving problems;
Be a fluent Microsoft Office user;
Flexibility and ability to learn quickly;
Ability to work in stressful work conditions;
