Customer Service and Insurance Claims Department
Job Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and directing customer calls to the appropriate departments;
Based on incoming calls, making inquiries, providing information about products, and directing the customer’s call to the appropriate structures;
Informing relevant departments about customer complaints and requests;
Responding to requests received via Personal Account/online/offline chat via the request/proposal/IT platform sent by the customer;
Comply with the requirements of legislation and internal regulatory documents regarding the payment of insurance premiums for insurance products;
Requirements for the candidate
Work experience: No work experience required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Language skills : Azerbaijani: excellent, Russian: excellent, English: intermediate
Computer skills : MS Office: excellent
