Job responsibilities
Responsibilities Participate in identification of training needs related to the companies, positions, work on development of training matrix
Participate in the development of the concept and content of the training, to conduct the designated trainings
Prepare training leaflets, instructional materials, tools and manuals or control the preparation process
Propose annual training program and prepare teaching plans
Ensuring that changes in processes are reflected in ongoing programs
Entering timely relevant information in all databases subject to the conducted training programs
Prepare relevant reports on training and development activities
Check the records related to the training process during the change of position and control the compliance of the changes
Preparation of all necessary resources, including materials, for training in advance
To be aware of new trends and tools in training and development of employees
Ensuring that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are always followed and adhered to.
Requirements
Understanding of common HR practices
Having confidence in public speaking / conducting training
Having the ability to coordinate projects

To be fluent in Azerbaijani language and have intermediate level knowledge of English language. Knowledge of the Russian language is preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office programs: Outlook, Power Point, Word.

Junior Training Specialist
Commitments:
Participate in identifying training needs related to positions in the company, work on developing a training matrix;
Participate in the development of the concept and content of the training, and conduct assigned trainings;
Prepare or supervise the preparation process of training sheets, instructional materials, tools and booklets;
Ensure that changes in processes are reflected in ongoing programs;
Enter relevant information into all databases related to conducted training programs in a timely manner
Prepare relevant reports on training and development activities;
Checking records related to the training process during job changes and monitoring the compliance of changes;
Preparing all necessary resources, including materials, for training in advance;
Staying informed about new trends and tools in employee training and development;
Ensure that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.
